1. No shipping fee when I checkout, How?
You may proceed to create the order but hold on the payment. This happened because some item in your shopping cart has unpredictable weight and cant be calculated by our system. Contact our Customer Services via firstname.lastname@example.org or sms to 018-9698 589 and provide us your order ID, we will check and provide you the estimated shipping fees. Upon your confirmation, then you may proceed with payment.
2. Why got same product in the category page but different pricing?
This is due we got all the product data from China’ Taobao (which is similar to Lelong.com in Malaysia), hence you may find many identical products but different in pricing. However, we endeavor to feature only the reliable and good quality supplier, on top of that you may choose a product with the lowest pricing and clearest full description.
3. Can I drop by your place to self-collect my parcel so that I can save the shipping fees?
Not for the mean time.
4. Do you have a shop?
No, we don’t have any physical retail shop, only sell via online.
5. How to make payment?
Local payment Gateway, Bank transfer, credit card and cash deposit at bank counter or ATM machine.
6. After Payment made (via bank transfer and cash deposit at bank counter or ATM machine) how to inform us?
You may inform us the paid amount, order ID, banked in date via SMS, email, whatapps or Facebook PM. Upon confirm and verify your order from our side, you will receive a final confirmation via SMS. Please keep the payment slip for future references.
